For the past 10 years, I’ve dedicated my life to working with SEN children. In between, I’d jump at any excuse to throw a party! I thrive on a packed calendar, and after every event, I’m already planning the next—sometimes before the last one even ends! (I had my son’s birthday party theme picked out before we even settled on his name.)
With a background in Art and a family full of creative minds, I find joy in handcrafting thoughtful, personal details. It’s those little touches that make each event truly unique, and it’s a gift I love to share.
Now, as a wife and mum of two boys, I’ve attended countless events. One thing I’ve noticed? The host is rarely able to enjoy themselves. There’s the stress of planning, troubleshooting, and multitasking. Then, on the day, you’re making sure everyone is fed and comfortable, coordinating vendors, and realizing—too late—that you’ve forgotten something. You keep one eye on the clock, making sure you’re out of the venue on time, and when it’s all over, you feel more relief than joy. Then it hits you—you barely got any photos, didn’t eat the food you spent so long choosing, and you think… never again.
